These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gener, a service operated by Genpire Labs. By joining the waitlist, redeeming an invite, or using Gener, you agree to these terms.

Private beta

Gener is currently offered as an invite-only private beta. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time while we improve the product.

Your designs and content

You keep ownership of the ideas, sketches, photos and brand assets you share with Gener. You grant us the limited rights needed to design, manufacture and deliver your products.

You confirm that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s intellectual property.

Orders and manufacturing

Products are made by vetted manufacturing partners. Pricing, quantities, timelines and shipping details are confirmed with you before production begins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gener to create unlawful, harmful, counterfeit or infringing products, or to interfere with the service.
